Summary LHC has formed a full bench for implementation of verdict against President Zardaris dual offices.
According to the Dunya News, the Lahore High Court has formed a full bench for the implementation of LHC verdict against President Zardari for holding dual offices.The bench under the Lahore High Court Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial includes Justice Ijazul Hassan and Justice Mansoor. The bench will commence the hearing against the president Zardari from June 27.It may be pertinent to mention that President Asif Ali Zardari is also co-chairman of Pakistan People’s Party.
