Summary The three-member bench of the Supreme Court will resume hearing of dual nationality case today.
During the previous hearing, documents for MAN Zahid Iqbal’s British citizenship and MPA Tariq Mahmood Alwana and Farhat Mahmood’s US citizenship were presented in the apex court.The court had issued notices to secretaries of national and provincial assemblies and directed them to submit reply regarding dual nationalities of the parliamentarians.
