Federal Cabinet approves four rental power plants

The Federal Cabinet has approved four new rental power plants of 1500mw to overcome the energy crisis in the country. The Federal Cabinet meeting was presided over by Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani. The meeting reviewed the plan of ECC to install the four rental power plants in the country and finally approved it. The Cabinet also reviewed the price hike of daily edible commodities during Ramazan. The PM directed the Agriculture Ministry to increase the production to meet the demands. The government wants to provide relief to common man, he added.
