Peshawar High Court has issued the release orders of Sufi Muhammads three sons. A single bench comprising on Justice Ijaz Afzal started the hearing of a petition filed for the release of Sufis sons. The judge was informed that Rizwanullah, Hayatullah and Ziaullah were arrested on July 26, 2009 from Peshawar yet no case was pending against them in any court. The court was informed that the three were not involved in any criminal activities. After hearing the arguments, the judge issued the release orders of the three brothers.
