Summary LHC will hear EMRAs petition to expose the people involved in media scandal.
A petition was filed in the Lahore High Court on Friday requesting the court for holding a judicial inquiry to expose the people involved in media scandal disclosed by real estate tycoon Malik Riaz.Tthe Electronic Media Reporters Association (EMRA) president, moved the petition. The federal government, the Information and Broadcasting Ministry, The Punjab government and several others were made respondents.The Chief Justice of Lahore High Court (LHC) will hear the case.
