Summary Hot and dry weather is likely to persist in most parts of the country during next 24 hours.
The heat wave has again started griping most parts f the country while rain with winds is expected in Dear Ghazi Khan and Bannu divisions.According to Met Office, weather will remain hot and dry in most parts of the country while rain with thunderstorm is expected in the evening in Malakand, Hazara, Kashmir, Gilgit, Rawalpindi and Gujranwala divisions.Temperature crossed 40C in central and southern areas of the country while Dadu remained hottest city of the country where temperature reached to 46C.Temperature recorded in other cities was: Karachi and Quetta 35C, Multan 42C, Lahore 41C, Islamabad 38C, Peshawar 39C and Muzaffarabad 36C.
