Summary At least 12 people were killed and 25 other injured in collision between two buses in Khakkar.
According to details the accident occurred at Mianwali-Muzaffargarh Road where a bus coming from Rawalpindi to Bhakkar collided with another bus coming from opposite direction, killing 12 people and injuring 25 others.Most of the dead belong to Tehsil Darya Khan of Bhakkar and adjacent areas. According to rescue officials, the accident occurred due to over speeding. The injured were shifted to nearby hospital where condition of some people is stated to be critical.
