Summary PM Gilani has said that issue of court contempt has finished after ruling by the NA Speaker.
Talking to an official TV channel Thursday Gilani said that Parliament is as supreme as the Supreme Court and must be given due respect.He said government would announce the establishment of Saraiki province before the general elections, adding elements opposed to the establishment Saraiki province were spreading misinformation in Sindh.He said there was no need to file an appeal in the Supreme Court after the Speaker’s ruling, adding the Speaker’s ruling was constitutional.
