Summary President Asif Ali Zardari has vowed to oblige all political parties in Sindh.

He also directed to form a four-member committee to settle Party MPAs’ issues in Sindh. PPP MPAs from Sindh called on President Asif Ali Zardari at Bilawal House and informed him about their problems. Conceiving their problems, the president directed to form a four-member committee comprising Jam Tamachi, Jam Mahtab, Anwar Khan Mahr and Dr Sakandar.President Asif Zardari says the government is determined to overcome the energy crisis in the shortest possible time.Spokesperson Senator Farhatullah Babar said President vowed to continue the policy of reconciliation. He said efforts were being made to take all political parties on board on important national issues.The President urged the Ministers and party MPs to reach out to the people and address their grievances. He said ultimate court is the court of public opinion.President Zardari said it will be a sort of record when PPP government will present its fifth budget tomorrow. He hoped it would be pro-people focusing on giving relief to common man. He said it is an important indicator that democracy and democratic institutions are taking roots in the country and the policy of reconciliation was paying off.President Zardari said the PPP being the party of the masses was aware of the real issues of the people and was focusing on their early redressal.PPP government has many achievements to its credit and was in position to confidently revert to the people in the next general elections.He said despite continued propaganda from the Partys detractors and unprecedented challenges from various quarters Party has successfully navigated the course.About the proposal to carve out a separate province in South Punjab President said it was not an election stunt but based on solid political reasons.On militancy‚ the President stressed that Farhatullah Babar quoted the President as saying that that militants often camouflaged their real agenda behind the facade of religion or some political issue and that wisdom demanded that they were not allowed to hijack a genuine political issue and gain sympathies of the people.He said despite continued propaganda from the Partys detractors and unprecedented challenges from various quarters Party has successfully navigated the course.About the proposal to carve out a separate province in South Punjab President said it was not an election stunt but based on solid political reasons.The meeting also asked the Chief Minister Sindh to set up a Medical University at the site of the proposed Benazir hospital in Kemari and give land to the residents of kachi abadies.
