Shahbaz Sharif meets Salim Saifullah at his residence

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif arrived at the residence of Salim Saifullah, a leader of Pakistan Muslim League (PML-Q) like-minded group and congratulated him on the wedding of the latters son. Reluctant to answer journalists CM Punjab said he has ties with Salim Saifullah like brothers have. I came to congratulate Salim on his sons wedding, he informed. This was neither a political meeting nor was politics was given a thought, he said. He also avoided talking on Sugar crisis. Talking on the occasion, the Muslim-leaguers were at odds yesterday, they may agree tomorrow as well, Salim maintained if PML-N and PPP can make an alliance, then PML-Q would also form one with PML-N. However, Salim said they would make an important announcement tomorrow after General Council meeting in which members from all parts of the country would participate.
