Summary Weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the country during last 24 hours.
A fresh westerly wave is affecting western parts of the country and likely to affect upper parts of the country onward during next 2 days, Metrological Department of Pakistan reported.According to Met office, mainly hot & dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, however, isolated Rain/dust-thunderstorm is expected in north east Balochistan (Quetta, Zhob,Kalat, Sibbi divisions), KPK (Bannu, D.I.Khan, Peshawar divisions), D.G Khan and Larkana divisions during evening and night.Dust raising winds is also likely to blow over Sindh, Southern Punjab and Balochistan during afternoon/evening.Maximum temperatures were recorded in Dadu, Moenjodaro & Larkana at 47C, Padidan, Nawabshah, Turbat & Sukkur at 46C,Jaccobabad, Rohri ,Sibbi & Chhor at 45C, Bhakkar, Bahawalnagar, Rahimyar Khan at 44 C, Noorpur Thal, Multan, Kanpur and Mithi at 43C.
