Summary President Zardari has met Barak Obama and FM Hillary Clinton on sidelines of Chicago moot.
According to international media President Asif Ali Zardari put up a list of new demands for the restoration of NATO supply. During the meeting with US leadership a number of national and international issues, including US-Pakistan ties, were discussed in detail.Obama administration was hopeful that President would announce restoration of NATO supply but Zardari moved forward another list of demands, seeking apology over attack on Pakistani check posts in Northern Area and revisiting the policy regarding drone attacks.Earlier, addressing the conference US President Obama said that supply route to Afghanistan was of vital importance from strategic point of view. Afghan forces have become capable to shoulder the responsibilities of security. He said that strategic agreement would help stand Afghanistan on sound footings.Before this NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen addressed the conference and said that ISAF operations would be ended till the end of 2014.
