Summary LHC has been moved to declare all decisions of PM Gilani as unconstitutional.
Counsel of the petitioner took the stance in the Lahore High Court that the Supreme Court convicted Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani in contempt of court case after which he cannot hold the office of premiership but he continues issuing orders of postings and transfers of government officers.The petitioner also appealed that official activities by Yusuf Raza Gilani should also be banned in the Prime Minister’s House.
