Summary A three-member SC bench will resume missing persons case today at Supreme Court Quetta Registry.
During the previous hearing of the case held in Islamabad, the three-member headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has directed the FC and provincial government to produce the missing persons before the court.The apex court during the previous hearing has also directed the agencies and provincial home ministry to submit a report about 48 missing persons.
