SHC adjourns Arbab Rahim case till May 22

The SHC on Friday adjourned the hearing of Arbab Rahim case till May 22.

Division bench of Sindh High Court comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi resumed the hearing of petition against declaring Arbab Ghulam Rahim Ahmad’s seat in the Sindh Assembly as vacant.Sindh Advocate General Abdul Fatah Malik in his arguments and also produced the Sindh Assembly record in the court.The court adjourned the hearing till May 22. Counsel of Arbab Rahim will start his arguments in next hearing.
