AG Punjab office has stopped the funds of development project due to incomplete legal procedure.

The Accountant General Punjab office has raised objection raised on more than hundred development projects in Lahore.According to the procedure, an advertisement is compulsory for the projects worth 2 million rupees but this legal clause was not followed by the concerned authorities.The Lahore DCO office has sought issuance of the funds for finished projects.The AG office while expressing its reservations over the projects, stopped on the funds of Rs 183 million.However, the DCO Office has decided to run the financial matters through treasury department.
