Opposition has decided to give tough time to government in today’s session of National assembly over hike in POL prices, Bhoja tragedy and chemical quota scandal.National assembly’s session is scheduled to start at 5PM with speaker Fehmida Mirza in chair.This would be the first formal session of national assembly of government’s fifth and last parliamentary year.According to opposition sources, the government will be criticized over its steps taken regarding public issues while PML-N sources say that an explanation will be sought from government over the Bhoja plane crash that killed 127 people. The opposition will also demand to carryout transparent inquiry into the case.The poor law and order situation in Karachi and Quetta, PM’s son involvement in ephedrine case and recent hike in POL prices will also be discussed during the session.Meetings of parliamentary parties of different political parties are also scheduled before the session of National assembly.
