The petition filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf leader Asghar Khan requested the bench to punish the politicians and political groups who received pots of money from the agency in 1990.During the last proceeding, CJ Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry directed the Attorney General to file an FIR over the misplacement of Mehran Bank and Habib Bank commissions investigation report.The court asked the law secretary to gather the record of banking court and directed the NAB chairman to present the complete data over the distribution of public money among politicians.
