Summary President Zardari chaired a meeting at Bilawal House to review the ongoing situation in Lyari.
Sindh CM Qaim Ali Shah, PPP MNA from Lyari Nabeel Gabol, Senator Faisal Raza Abidi, MPA Saleem Hangoro and others attended the meeting.During the meeting, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah gave a comprehensive briefing about the law and order situation in Lyari.President Asif Ali Zardari directed to complete the development works in the area of Lyari within three months, as he would visit there soon.Talking to media after the meeting, Senator Faisal Raza Abidi said that the law enforcement agencies arrest criminals but they are released by the courts and some police officials also release the accused without any procedure.He said that the banned organisations were involved in sabotaging law and order situation in Lyari.
