Summary Session Judge in D.I. Khan, Shah Jahan has sentenced minority MPA Kishor Kumar to 1-year in prison.
Minority Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa MPA Kishore Kumar has also been fined Rs. 15,000 for holding fake degree by the local court.According to details, the Court took this decision due to his fake degree and two other cases against him.The MPA will have to spend another month in prison if the penalty not paid.Kumar was elected on minority seat of Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam (F). The minority MPA was arrested shortly after the court ruling.
