Summary Court has issued notice to the CCPO regarding an application for transfer of investigation officer.
The victim Sapna Khan’s father Misl Khan moved a writ petition in the court of Session Judge and requested that the investigation officer DSP Racecourse was not probing into the matter in neutral and impartial way; that is why fruitful results of the incident could not come on surface.It was also requested in the petition that the investigation should be referred to any senior police officer.At this, the court has sought an explanation for the CCPO Lahore till April 24.
