Summary The Sindh High Court has suspended the order of at least 88 KESC officials suspension order.
SHC judge Munib Akhter heard a case of at least 88 Karachi Electricity Supply Company (KESC) employees regarding their removal from service.After arguments of the counsel of dismissed officials, the court ordered the company to pay all arrears of their salaries and other perks within fifteen days.The court also granted ten days to the KESC for challenging the verdict.
