JSQM rejects autopsy report, calls for strike on April 21

Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (JSQM) on Thursday rejected the autopsy report of its late chairman, Bashher Qureshi, carried out by the Sindh health department and announced a province-wide strike on April 21.Addressing to a press conference, JSQM provisional chairman Niaz Kalani demanded the cause of Qureshi’s death be investigated by the international organisations, terming the health department’s report as ambiguous.Major facts were concealed in the health department’s medical report, Kalani alleged.Earlier, Dr Umer Memon chairman of the autopsy committee told in a press conference that phosphorus is also use in life saving drugs but access of phosphorus may pose serious threat to life.He said that heirs of Bashir Qureshi may consult to some international laboratory for their satisfaction.The medical report regarding Bashir Qureshi’s death cause would be submitted to the Sindh government on Friday.
