Talking to Dunya News, the former Al Qaeda leader’s brother-in-law Zakaria Al Sadah said Pakistan’s Interior Ministry has not issued NOCs to Osama bin Laden’s family as yet which could further delay the deportation process.The family was detained by Pakistani authorities last May after U.S. Navy SEALs raided the compound in Abbotabad killing the al-Qaida chief. The American commandos left bin Ladens relatives behind but took his body.Zakaria al-Sada traveled to Pakistan from Yemen to campaign for his sisters release. The two other widows are from Saudi Arabia.Advocate Atif Ali Khan said Interior Ministry awaits letters’ response sent to Foreign Office and concerned departments.The familys departure could help Pakistan close a painful chapter in the countrys history.
