Summary Target killing continues in Karachi and death toll in the past 24 hours has reached 16.
According to details, two people were killed during firing on a hotel at Noor Jahan Road on night between Tuesday and Wednesday after which the wave of target killing intensified in the city and 16 people were shot dead in violence incidents in different parts of Karachi during the past 24 hours.North Nazimabad was the most affected area where six people were shot dead.Two women were also killed in Al-Asif Square and Ferozabad area respectively while police have recovered three dead bodies from different parts of the city.Most of the victims were shot dead while they were sitting at some hotels. Meanwhile, orders have been issued the shut hotels at 12:00 midnight in sensitive areas.
