Petition filed against sending PCO judges issue to SJC

A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court against sending the PCO judges case to the supreme Judicial Council. Complainant Barrister Zafarullah in his petition said that the Supreme Judicial Council included three such judges who were present in the 14-member bench that ruled against the PCO judges. The petitioner said that the suspended judges must have been given a warning as every decision was applicable in the future. He said that the July 31 decision looked one sided as no notice was served on the PCO judges.
