Seniority list of SC judges issued

A seniority list of the Supreme Court Judges including Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary has been issued. Justice Tasaduq Hussain Jilani will take oath as Chief Justice in 2013 after Justice Chaudharys retires. The names of those judges are not included in the list which were stopped from serving by the 14-member bench of the SC. Justice Faqir Muhammad Khokar and Justice Muhammad Javed Butar are also included in the list. Sources said the case of both the judged had been sent to the Supreme Judicial Council. Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary, Justice Javed Iqbal, Sardar Muhammad Raza, Justice Khalilur Rehman Ramday, Justice Faqir Muhammad Khokar, Justice Shakirullah Jan, Justice Muhammad Javed Butar, Justice Tasaduq Hussain Jilani, Justice Nasirul Mulk, Justice Raja Fayaz Ahmad, Justice Chaudhary Ejaz Ahmad, Justice Ghulam Rabbani, Justice Syed Zahid Hussain, Justice Sair Ali, Justice MA Shahid Siddiqi, Justice Jawwad S Khawaja and Justice Zaheer Jamali are included in the list.
