PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain on Monday said Musharrafs trial issue has been raised to disguise public and urged the government to face the challenges of real issues like price hike, unemployment, illiteracy, terrorism and extremism. While addressing a press conference at the Parliament House Islamabad, Chaudhry Shujaat argued, The way of one jeep and two trucks has never been blocked. Commenting over the fate of National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO), Shujaat claimed the government would never bring the NRO in the parliament. Leader of the Opposition in Senate Wasim Sajjad said the Supreme Court verdict had extended the lives of 37 ordinances issued after November 3, 2007, by sending those to parliament for validation. He said, the opposition would not oppose those ordinances which were in line with the national and public interest. However, Wasim Sajjad lauded the decision of Supreme Court of not disturbing the oath of President and Prime Minister. We would support the ordinance for establishment of Islamabad High Court (IHC), he added.
