The SC will resume hearing of Asghar Khan case today. A three-member bench of the Supreme court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and comprising Justice Khilji Arif Hussain and Justice Tariq Parvez will resume Asghar Khan case today (Friday).The petition has been filed by Air Marshal Retd. Muhammad Asghar Khan against former chief of army staff Gen. Retd Mirza Aslam Baig regarding the distribution of crores of Rupees among the politicians during elections.During previous hearin the court had directed Autorny General to present Mehran Bank and Habib Bank scandal reports in today’s hearing.
