NWFP Govt for same day Eid in entire country

NWFP Government is considering an action against those Afghan refugees and different Ulema who announce Eid and Ramadan on their own. The government has also sought proposals from Auqaf Department to celebrate Eid across the country on a same day. According to the sources, the provincial government, on the proposal of central government, has given a task to different provincial departments to make sure that Eid across the country is celebrate on the same day. Under the task proposals are being sought by the Auqaf Department and other relevant departments concerned. The efforts will be made that tradition of observing fast in NWFP one day prior to the entire country could be abolished.
