(Dunya News) – The three-day Sea Festival that aims to revive and celebrate the culture of coastal regions of Sindh kicked off in Karachi on Friday.
Through colourful stalls and lively cultural music, the festival gave an insight into the culture and lifestyles of the fishing community.
The fishermen performed the local dance ‘Leva’ to the best of drums, mimicking the waves of the sea anglers. Dressed in traditional clothes with headbands secured on their heads, the fishermen gave a live performance before audiences.
