How to get your abs to show?
Remember: Macros and exercise go hand in hand
(Web desk) – With growing fitness awareness across multiple age groups, a lot of people wonder would their abs ever beat the visceral abdomen fat and show up! Well, by cultivating following five easy practices, you can get a bit closer to achieve your fitness goals.
1- Macros and exercise go hand in hand

A lot of people burden themselves with countless nitty gritty that surrounds macros (carbs, fats and protein) without having started exercising on a daily basis. Fitness trainers stress that taking care of the macros and exercise go hand in hand for every person.
A diet alone won’t get you in shape however, it does take care of your body fat ratio among other benefits.
2- Diet doesn’t mean starvation

Dieticians stress that small portions of food throughout the day are the way to go in place of big meals. Have small sizes of food stretched across your day.
3- Keep the grind going

Fitness is not seasonal or occasional, it is a lifestyle.
Forget about the results. Results are not your only reason to follow this path. They are one of the peripherals. Your primary goal is to live a happy and healthy life and fitness is about that first.
Don’t lose hope pulling your shirt up against a mirror and counting the days that you have invested.
4- Body fat percentage

Frankly, abs is no myth as your abdomen muscles are not out of your body. Abs need the same grind and nutrients as other muscles only that the lesser body fat percentage and the more paper-thin skin, the better your abs would show.
Don’t train only for the abs.
That is not the way to be.
Train your entire body. Abs are one part and treat the muscles as that only. They will show up once you hit a relatively lower body fat percentage.
5- No! Don’t compromise on the diet

If you have to compromise on one thing some day, make it the gym and not your diet. However, that in no way means that exercise is lesser important.
If you have to! Right.
Because a good diet takes you a long way. You can put in extra minutes into exercising the next day. Sticking to your diet is the key, be it for your abs or other body muscles.
