We usually have a very tough and difficult life routine that we have so many things on our minds that we go under stress. Women faces so many challenges daily , she has so many things on her mind like she has to look after her house, children, need time for herself also and so on and on and if she is a working women than her duties are doubled.This stress is really harmful and dangerous for us because it not only harms us mentally but physical also. Stress also effects your decision making power. Most of you think that it’s not in your control to come out of depression easily or overcoming your stress, initially you may feel it difficult to come out of stress but slowly you will master this art. Whenever you feel stress or depression try to indulge in different activities, do those things which you want to do, it will divert your mind.Try to be calm. Being calm really helps you a lot. The most important thing is self-confidence that is believing in yourself that you are strong to face small hurdles and will easily cope up with the problems you are facing. Try to share what you feeling with the ones you are close, they may help you or guide you. Nothing is impossible, all you need is keeping yourself high and believing in yourself.
