According to a recent research, People suffering from heart problems may be at even greater risk when they avoid socialization.

These people may become the target of premature death due to constantly spending time in isolation.

“The social factors like isolation and loneliness worsen the condition of human heart and cardiovascular health is affected,” Rolsin Long, a clinical psychologist at University of Limerick said.

“Increased level of isolation leads to premature deaths,” Long added.

The expert urged the people to spend some time daily with their family and friends.
