Less water consumption linked to premature ageing, early death

 ( Web Desk ) - According to a recent research, the less use of water may expedite the ageing process as well as creating a risk for various critical, life-long diseases.

According to a study by National Institute of Health, the experiment was conducted on 11,000 adults who were observed for 25 years.

The level of sodium was observed among the participating people – the more the sodium the less the consumption of water.
As per study, the more level of sodium accelerates the ageing process due to which problems like cholesterol and blood sugar are created.

An increase of 64 per cent was recorded in terms of diseases like paralysis, heart problems, dementia and diabetes among those people who drank less water. Also, less water consumption increased death risk by 20 per cent.

The experts advised people to consume fair amount of water every day to avoid getting themselves ill and killed through almost surreal way.
