MUMBAI (Dunya News) — Bollywood star Akshay Kumar has sold four residential properties worth nearly Rs200 million in Mumbai’s high-end real estate market within just one month.
According to Indian media reports and property registration data, Akshay Kumar sold two luxury apartments on June 30, 2026, located on the 18th floor of Oberoi Enigma in Mulund West for Rs123.8 million.
Each apartment spans 1,886 square feet and includes three parking spaces.
The actor had purchased both apartments in 2017 for a combined Rs90 million. Their sale has earned him an estimated profit of Rs33 million.
Earlier in June 2026, Akshay Kumar also sold two apartments in Oberoi Sky City, located in Borivali East, for Rs71 million.
According to Indian media, the actor sold four residential properties worth around Rs195 million during the month.
