Summary Ramsha Iqbal said that the family found relief after the NCCIA registered a case against Saqib Chadhar

(Web Desk) - Pakistani actress Momina Iqbal’s rukhsati is expected to take place in November or December this year, according to her sister and legal representative Ramsha Iqbal.

In a recent media interaction, Ramsha Iqbal clarified details surrounding the actress’s wedding celebrations and ongoing legal developments linked to a cyber harassment case.

Momina Iqbal recently tied the knot with Hamza Habib, with pictures and videos of the nikah ceremony circulating widely on social media and drawing public attention.

Ramsha Iqbal said that the family found relief after the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) registered a case against a provincial lawmaker, Saqib Chadhar, following allegations of harassment and threats involving manipulated or AI-generated content.

She added that the legal action was made possible due to timely and concrete evidence collected by the family.

Addressing further allegations, Ramsha stated that claims regarding the existence of private videos were false, adding that the accused had allegedly issued threats involving fabricated content created through artificial intelligence tools for circulation on social media.

She also clarified that all events held so far were part of the nikah celebrations only, while the rukhsati has not yet taken place.

According to her, Momina Iqbal had been under significant mental stress due to the ongoing legal case, and the family decided to hold small celebratory events to mark the nikah in a controlled and supportive environment.

She mentioned that Momina’s rukhsati is expected later in the year, likely in November, with more wedding moments planned ahead for family and friends.
