Summary Momina Iqbal demanded that the relevant authorities immediately conduct an impartial investigation and provide protection to her family

(Web Desk) - Pakistani drama actress Momina Iqbal has revealed that she has been facing online harassment, cyberbullying, and death threats for a long time.

In a message shared on social media, the actress claimed that she and her family have been subjected to severe mental stress and fear by an individual associated to PML-N.

In her Instagram story, Momina Iqbal stated that she has continuously been facing online harassment, mental torture, and threats from a person linked to a Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MPA. According to her, she filed multiple complaints with the NCCIA, FIA, and Punjab Police, but no proper action was taken due to political influence.

The actress further alleged that instead of being provided justice, attempts were made to suppress her complaints, while influential circles also pressured her to remain silent. She said that after trying to pursue legal action, her family also began facing serious threats.

Momina Iqbal demanded that the relevant authorities immediately conduct an impartial investigation, provide protection to her family, and take strict legal action against those involved. She warned that if the matter continues to be ignored, she will hold a press conference and present all evidence before the public.

The actress also appealed to Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz to take notice of the matter and ensure fair and legal action. She expressed hope that those misusing authority or obstructing justice would face accountability without discrimination.

Following her post, a large number of fans and social media users expressed solidarity with the actress, urging government institutions and relevant authorities to take immediate action and ensure protection for women against harassment and threats.
