Summary Court extends Dr Fazeela Abbasi interim bail till May 5 in money laundering and illegal clinic case, hearing adjourned.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - A special central court has extended the interim bail of Dr Fazeela Abbasi until May 5 in a case involving money laundering and allegations of operating an illegal clinic.
The hearing was conducted by Special Judge Central Humayun Dilawar; however, arguments on the bail applications could not be presented during today’s proceedings.
The court restrained authorities from arresting Dr Fazeela Abbasi until May 5 and directed that arguments on both miscellaneous and main petitions be presented at the next hearing.
The case was adjourned until May 5, while the Federal Investigation Agency has already registered two cases against Dr Fazeela Abbasi.
