LAHORE (Dunya News) - Lahore High Court’s Justice Farooq Haider has recused himself from hearing the bail petition of YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, who was arrested in connection with promoting an online gambling app.

Justice Haider referred the case file to the Chief Justice for reassignment to another bench.

During the hearing, officials from the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) submitted a detailed record before the court. The petition named NCCIA and other parties as respondents.

Ducky Bhai case update: Court grants three-day physical remand of cybercrime officers

Advocate Imran Chadhar appeared on behalf of Ducky Bhai, arguing that his client was arrested by the NCCIA at the airport while departing abroad without prior notice or summons. He remained in the agency’s custody on a 10-day physical remand.
