(Web Desk) - Everyone knows Shah Rukh Khan as the 'King of Bollywood' but did you know that before dominating the film industry, he was academically strong as well?

According to Indian media, after passing the entrance exam for the Indian Institute of Technology, Shah Rukh enrolled in the Master’s program in Mass Communication at Jamia Millia Islamia’s AJK Mass Communication Research Centre in Delhi.

However, he could never complete this degree, a regret that lingers in his heart despite his immense success.

Why Did Shah Rukh Khan Leave His Education Incomplete?

In an interview with Indian media in the past, Shah Rukh revealed that his education came to an end due to a confrontation.

According to reports, while shooting for the film 'Fauji' Shah Rukh was struggling to maintain his attendance at the university. Just days before his exams, he had a run-in with his principal.

During the interview, the superstar shared, “I was studying in the library, preparing for my exams, when my principal walked in. Upon seeing me, he said, ‘If it were up to me, I wouldn’t let you sit for this exam.’” Shah Rukh admitted that, caught up in the recklessness of youth, he retorted, “If that’s the case, I don’t want to give the exam either,” and walked out.

Reflecting on his behavior, Shah Rukh described it as “childish foolishness, rudeness, and arrogance,” adding, “This was the stupidity that prevented me from giving my final exams, even though I had completed my practicals.”

He, however, also advised the youth to focus on their studies while adding he could have been an even bigger superstar if he had completed his college education.
