Michelle Trachtenberg claps back at 'haters' questioning her appearance: 'This is my face'

'I am happy and healthy. Check yourself haters,' Michelle Trachtenberg said
(Web Desk) - In the middle of posting selfies and photos of herself on social media, the actress decided to clap back at any and all followers asking questions about her appearance.
"Fun fact. This is my face," she wrote on Instagram Saturday. "Not malnutrition, no problems. Why do you have you hate? Get a calendar."
Trachtenberg also tried to silence any chatter when she slammed rumors that she went under the knife.
"I’ve received several comments recently about my appearance," she wrote on Instagram in a separate post. "Have never had plastic surgery. I am happy and healthy. Check yourself haters."
While it's unclear what messages propelled Trachtenberg to speak out, she recently responded to one fan with a personal question.
"Michelle u look sick," the user wrote in a separate Instagram post earlier this month. "R u ok?"
Trachtenberg replied, "Explain to me how I look sick. Did you lose a calendar and not realize I'm not 14. I'm 38. How sad for you to leave such a comment."
The actress first found success as a child star appearing in family friendly projects like The Adventures of Pete & Pete and Harriet the Spy.
She went on to star as Buffy's sister Dawn Summers on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Georgina Sparks on Gossip Girl.
While the focus may be on Trachtenberg fighting back against personal questions, she is also receiving some support from her followers including actress Kristin Chenoweth.
"You’re GORGEOUS," she wrote in the comments section. In another post, the Wicked star added, "Ignore the hate baby!"
