Video leaks case involving Sandal Khattak, Hareem Shah takes new turn
(Web Desk) – The video leaks case took a new turn on Wednesday as TikToker Sandal Khattak informed the court that she filmed Hareem Shah with her consent.
Khattak expressed these views while appearing before a special judge in Islamabad to get the post-arrest bail. The judge granted her bail after hearing the arguments.
Earlier, Khattak claimed that she did not film Hareem Shah.
Hareem Shah got two FIRs — in Lahore and Peshawar — registered against Sandal Khattak.
"No evidence was obtained from Sandal Khattak's mobile phone. Also, TikTok's laws do not allow uploading illicit videos," Khattak lawyer said.
He further said Shah could be seen laughing in the video and that showed videos were uploaded with her consent.
