Body will be shifted Karachi and funeral will take place there today, son says
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Pakistan showbiz industry’s renowned actor and comedian Majid Jahangir passed away in Lahore.
Fahad Jahangir, son of the deceased actor, said the dead body would be shifted to Karachi and funeral would take place there. The legendary actor had been suffering from paralysis for a long time and was undergoing treatment at a private hospital.
According to the family, Majid Jahangir had fallen from the bed at home a month ago due to which his spine was fractured. He was also suffering from intensified respiratory disease. His family had requested the public a few days ago to pray for his recovery.
It should be noted that Majid Jahangir had gained fame in the drama series Fifty Fifty in the 1980s.
