Jamie Lee Curtis, Quentin Tarantino to host Golden Globes
(Web Desk) - The initial list of Golden Globes presenters was revealed on Tuesday, which included Jamie Lee Curtis and Quentin Tarantino.
Ana De Armas, Ana Gasteyer, Billy Porter, Colman Domingo, Michaela Jae Rodriguez, Natasha Lyonne, Nicole Byer, Niecy Nash-Betts, and Tracy Morgan are celebrities whose participation has been confirmed to award prizes.
Comedian Jerrod Carmichael will serve as host of the event celebrating excellence in cinema and television. On January 10, it will premiere on NBC and stream on Peacock.
The 2023 Cecil B. DeMille Award will go to Eddie Murphy, and the Carol Burnett Award will go to Ryan Murphy.
Each year, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association gives out the honours.
Due to criticism of the organization s lack of diversity in its ranks and openness in its business procedures, NBC decided not to air the event last year.
After addressing these issues, the HFPA negotiated a one-year contract with NBC in September.
