Shoaib Malik lionises wife by calling her 'superwoman'
LAHORE (Web Desk) – Despite the rumours of divorce, cricket star Shoaib Malik crowns wife Sania Mirza by calling her a “superwoman” publically in his official Instagram account bio.
The star couple have a kid (Izhaan Mirza Malik) together. For the past few weeks, rumours were doing rounds about the celebrity couple’s separation on social sites. Recently, the sports couple announced their most awaited show “The Mirza, Malik Show” on Spotify by posting its teaser on Instagram. The couple could be seen happily hosting the show together with numerous celebrities from Lollywood.
Mr Malik’s Instagram bio said: “Husband to a Superwoman @mirzasaniar” which clearly proves their love and affection for each other.
Earlier, Shoaib Malik and Sania Mirza have been hitting the headlines for their rumoured separation for a long time now and the cricketer has addressed the gossip and asked people to “leave it alone”. The former Pakistani all-rounder was asked to address the gossip in an interview with a news portal, and he did not appreciate the constant media pressure on the topic. Shoaib reportedly said, “It is our personal matter. Neither I, nor my wife is answering this question. Leave it alone.” Amid these rumours, Shoaib and Sania will be seen together in the reality talk show “The Mirza, Malik Show”.
However, none of them have officially denied or verified the rumours of their divorce or separation yet. When questioned about stepping into showbiz, Shoaib said he would always be open to any prospect, saying, “I do not close any door for myself. If a good opportunity comes up, I will not refuse.” He added that he had already hosted a couple of shows. He said he barely got much time to dedicate to a showbiz career with his family. He said his son Izhaan had also started school and that he would focus on spending maximum time with his family.
Although by the looks of it, it could be seen that the couple is still growing together and excelling in both sports and entertainment industry.
Shoaib and Sania got married in 2010 and have been staying in Dubai ever since. They welcomed their son Izhaan in 2018.
