Non-bailable warrant issued against TikToker Ayesha Akram
(Web Desk) - TikToker Ayesha Akram was issued a non-bailable arrest warrant by a session court in Lahore on Friday due to her failure to appear in court for the harassment case.
Ayesha Akram, a female TikToker, was abused by a group of bystanders near the Minar-e-Pakistan on August 14 last year. Ayesha s complaint led to the incident s registration as a case at the Police Station Larri Ada.
The court decided in the written order of the case, which was made public on Friday, that Ayesha Akram s arrest warrant had been issued because of her repeated failure to appear in court for the hearing of harassment case.
Ayesha and other witnesses must be taken into custody by the concerned station head officer (SHO) so they can testify in front of the session court.
