Fatima Effendi and Kanwar Arsalan have been together for a decade now. The two stars are parents to two beautiful boys and Fatima shares a lot of moments from her life with her fans.
It was Kanwar and Fatima’s ten year anniversary and he arranged a surprise for his wife at a yacht. Fatima opted for a crispy white shirt paired with a blue skirt and Kanwar was complimenting her in the same colours. The couple’s kids also joined them for the celebration. Fatima and Kanwar shared loved up clicks from the yacht.
