LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistani stars Bilal Abbas and Sarwat Gillani have been included in UK publication Eastern Eye’s list of Top 50 Asian Celebrities of 2020.
According to details, Sarwat Gillani has been ranked on number 21 in the list for her outstanding performance in Churails.
"With the electrifying drama, she opened the door for a new era of TV content in Pakistan box and consolidated her position as a feminist icon," the publication read.
Bilal Abbas has been called as ‘fastest rising acting star in Pakistan’ by the Eastern Eye and stood on number 28 for his phenomenal work in Pyar ke Sadqay and Ek Jhooti Love Story.
"With some more high-profile projects on the way, Khan looks like the future of Pakistani film and television," his description read.
On the other hand, Pakistani singer, actor, musician and humanitarian Ali Zafar was placed on number 39 whereas Oscar award winner producer and director Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy was ranked on number 49 in the list.
