Selena Gomez to collaborate with K-Pop group Blackpink
(Web Desk) – Singer Selena Gomez has confirmed that a collaboration with Blackpink is in the works. Sharing a picture of the artwork, which features melting dark chocolate, Selena said on Twitter: ‘So SO excited to announce @ygofficialblink and I have a new song coming out August 28th! [sic].’
The Korean group Blackpink – comprised of Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé and Lisa – had previously teased a superstar collab on their debut album, which is due in October.
Blackpink are known for songs like How You Like That and Sour Candy, the latter their track with Lady Gaga. The song will meanwhile follows Selena’s album Rare, which was released in January.
